Please allow us to share a little history with you…

The McCrorie family started selling furniture and floor coverings to folks on the Olympic Peninsula back in 1949. Roberts (Dad) love for this industry and the people it brought him in contact with encouraged him to open his own store.
In the spring of 1958 his dream came to reality with the Grand Opening of McCrorie Thompson, a Furniture, Appliance, and Flooring Store. The next 50 years, like everyone’s life, have seen many changes in the face of the Original McCrorie Thompson.

In 1988 Bob McCrorie, with the help of his dad, started McCrorie Home Furnishings & Design, in his Dad’s downtown location. Bob’s bothers pursued the flooring business in separate locations.
While we have only been in business a short 50 years we believe that if you spend any time with us you’ll understand why we’ve been successful for so many years. We continue to strive to live up to the legacy of Robert M. McCrorie and know that it comes down to one thing, you and exceeding your expectations.
